1. Who we are

Korvixalix ("we", "us") operates this website and sells digital PDF guides on Ruby programming. By purchasing a guide or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

Each product on this site is a downloadable PDF guide. The product page for each guide lists its price, format, and the topics it covers. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any information about what is and isn't included at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (for example Stripe, PayPal, or Airwallex). We do not store your card details. Once your payment is confirmed by the provider, you'll receive a download link for the guide you purchased.

4. Delivery

Guides are delivered digitally, immediately after payment is confirmed. If you don't receive your download link within a reasonable time, contact us and we'll resend it.

5. License to use what you buy

When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the guide, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

6. Refunds

7. No guaranteed outcomes

Our guides describe specific programming topics and are intended to teach those topics clearly. We don't guarantee any particular career, income, or project outcome as a result of reading them.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, correct, or expand a guide after you've purchased it. We may also add or remove products from the catalogue. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted here is the one in effect.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Korvixalix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our guides or this website.
